TRAVEL FEES & BOOKING POLICIES Natural Face Beats | On Location Makeup Services TRAVEL FEE STRUCTURE Travel fees are based on distance and estimated travel time from our designated starting location in Miami 45 - 1 hour or more (+$120-$150) contact 32–44 minutes (+$60-$100) 25-30 minutes (+$40-$50) 20 minutes or less ( NO Additional Travel Fee) EXTENDED TRAVEL AREAS Appointments in Davie, West Kendall, Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and Hollywood require a minimum booking of 2 people. Travel fees still apply to these locations but may be split among the party. Please ensure your group meets the minimum booking requirement before submitting your appointment request. Appointment times may be adjusted based on distance to improve ETA HOTEL APPOINTMENT POLICY For all hotel bookings, if possible please meet in the lobby upon arrival or arrange for an authorized person to escort the artist to the appointment location. BEFORE YOU BOOK Please review all travel fees and booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking with Natural Face Beats, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable travel requirements, late arrival policy, and hotel appointment procedures. Natural Face Beats is committed to providing a luxury seamless service to all clients PLEASE CONFIRM THE CORRECT CITY & DATES BEFORE BOOKING Failure to read and book incorrect dates will now result in loss of deposit. 10-15 minute grace period allowed before late fee applies or service cancellation A $50 inconvenience fee will apply if makeup and hair has to be completed at the same time (MIAMI) 20% of service will be charged for NO CALL NO SHOWS When you book your service you consent to this policy & authorize charge. No call no shows may not book again Deposits are non transferable to other people Appointments may not be duplicated as every appointment should be scheduled by who is receiving the service. Rescheduling is only permitted once within a 30 day timeframe and must be given a minimum of A 24 hour notice All appointments will begin with an initial consultation to choose a glam best fit for your preferences, skin needs, and overall aesthetic. Natural Face Beats aim for client satisfactory but reserves the right to turn away any client.
