Deposit Policy

All deposits are non refundable for cancellations & no call no shows. Deposits are only refundable under the circumstances that your service cannot be fulfilled by Natural Face Beats.

Reschedule Policy

You are allowed to transfer your deposit for a reschedule up to 2 times. After this A new deposit must be made.

Late Policy

Please arrive early to receive parking instructions and wait in your car until you are called in for your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule or you lose your deposit. Natural Face Beats does not charge late fees

Booking Policy

Please do not book an appointment under a false name or in the place of someone else. The name on the booking must be the same person being serviced. Failure to follow this rule will result in a cancellation and deposit will not be refunded. Booking ahead on the booking calendar will result in a cancellation & a lost deposit.

Cell Phone Policy

Once you enter the building please be kind as to end any phone calls. Your service will not begin if you are on your phone. Please refrain from answering any phone calls if you can as this slows down the process. Please try to keep your head up if you will use your cell phone for the best results

How to Prep for Your Appointment

Please arrive with a clean face, freshly groomed brows, unwanted hair removed, and showered to prevent your makeup from becoming sweaty. Do not wear the clothes for your event to your makeup appointment.

OFF DAY SCHEDULING

Glam for off days is $160. You must contact via Instagram dm for off day appointments (@miahlove_mua)
