MIAMI BOOKING POLICY
DEPOSIT : Deposits are required to book your travel service is non refundable and non transferable.
TRAVEL POLICY : Travel rate covers the surrounding Miami areas: Downtown, Brickell, Edgewater, Wynwood, & Biscayne. To book an appointment outside of the travel range additional fees will apply and must be contacted in advance for scheduling.
NO CALL NO SHOWS: You are subject to a 20% charge based on service amount that you automatically approve upon booking.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify 48 hours in advance for cancellations. For group bookings 10% of the service charge will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
TIME: Due to Miami traffic the appointment time for travel appointments may vary between 30 minutes - 1 hour of booking time. Please schedule in advance.
ATLANTA BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT : Deposits are non refundable or transferable
RESHEDULING : Due to Atlanta bookings being limited rescheduling would only take place for dates available in Atlanta, GA. Deposits will be held for bookings up to 60 days.
NO CALL NO SHOWS : You are subject to a 20% service charge based on service amount that you approve upon booking.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Same day cancellations MAY be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD BEFORE SERVICE IS CANCELLED WITH A 20% SERVICE CHARGE FOR A NO CALL NO SHOW.
