Deposit Policy

All deposits are non refundable for cancellations & no call no shows. Deposits are only refundable under the circumstances that your service cannot be fulfilled by Natural Face Beats. Natural Face Beats MAY guarantee a refund of deposit if refund is requested WITHIN 24 HRS OF PAYMENT.

Reschedule Policy

For a smooth rescheduling please try to reschedule at least 2 days in advance. Same day rescheduling may result in a lost deposit.

Late Policy

After 15 minutes a $15 late fee will apply. After the 16 minutes the service will be cancelled with loss of deposit.

Booking Policy

Please DO NOT book an appointment under a false name or in the place of someone else. The name on the booking must be the same person being serviced. Failure to follow this rule will result in a cancellation and deposit will not be refunded. Duplicated appointments under the same name on the same day will also result in an automatic cancellation

We Kindly Ask

Once you enter the building please be kind as to end any phone calls. Your service will not begin if you are on your phone. Please refrain from answering any phone calls if you can as this slows down the process. Please try to keep your head up if you do use your cell phone for the best results

Getting the Best Results at your appointment

Please arrive with a clean face, freshly groomed brows, unwanted hair removed, and showered to prevent your makeup from becoming sweaty. Do not wear the clothes for your event to your makeup appointment. No hoodies if possible

OFF DAY SCHEDULING

Glam for off days can may be requested. You must contact via TEXT @ 708.232.3806 to check availability. Appointments on off days is not guaranteed.
